Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Nexy uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Nexy’i kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
- Kullanıcı verileri: ad, kullanıcı adı, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı, biyografi, yüklediğiniz fotoğraf/video/paylaşımlar.
- Cihaz ve kullanım verileri: cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, IP adresi, kullanım istatistikleri, çökme raporları.
- Konum verisi (opsiyonel): sadece izin verirseniz alınır.

6. 13 Yaş Altı Kullanıcılar
Nexy, 13 yaş altı çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. Böyle bir durum tespit edilirse hesap silinir.

Verilerinizi korumak için modern güvenlik yöntemleri uygulanır; ancak internet üzerinden aktarımlar tamamen garanti edilemez.
8. Değişiklikler
