1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AUREA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. User-Generated Content Policy
There is absolutely no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
AUREA allows users to share posts, stories, Vibes (short video content), and comments. By using AUREA, you agree to the following content rules.
You may NOT post or share content that:
Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
Promotes violence, threats, or harassment
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
Includes illegal activities or promotes criminal behavior
Contains spam, misleading information, or scams
Infringes on intellectual property or copyrights
Exploits or endangers minors in any way
Contains self-harm or suicide-related content
3. Content Moderation
AUREA uses AI-powered moderation to keep the platform safe.
AI-powered content filtering automatically detects and blocks nudity, violence, and harmful content before publication
User reporting system — every piece of content has a Report button
User blocking — users can block any other user at any time
All reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates these terms
Community Guidelines are enforced at all times
4. Enforcement
Users who violate these terms will face the following actions:

Third violation or severe breach: Permanent account ban without prior warning
5. Account Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use AUREA
Users under 18 have restricted access to certain features for their safety
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must provide accurate information during registration
6. AUREA AI Features
AUREA uses artificial intelligence for:
Content feed curation based on user mood and interests
Mood analysis to personalize the Vibes experience
Content moderation and harmful content detection
AI features are designed to enhance content discovery. AUREA does not use AI to match or pair users for romantic purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
AUREA offers optional premium subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
8. Termination
AUREA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AUREA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you use AUREA, we may collect the following information:
Account information: name, email address, date of birth, profile photo
Content you create: posts, stories, Vibes, comments
Usage data: how you interact with the app, features you use
Device information: device type, operating system, app version
Location data (optional): only when you explicitly grant permission, used to enhance content discovery
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the AUREA experience
To personalize your content feed using AI mood analysis
To moderate content and enforce community guidelines
To send notifications about your account and content (if enabled)
To process premium subscriptions
3. AI and Mood Data
AUREA AI analyzes the text you provide to determine mood categories for content personalization. This data is used solely to curate your Vibes feed and is not shared with third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:
With service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, analytics)
When required by law or legal process
To protect the safety and security of our users
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
6. Your Rights
You can access and update your personal information in the app settings
You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your data
You can disable location services at any time — the app will continue to work
You can disable push notifications at any time
7. Children's Privacy
AUREA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users between 13-17 have restricted access to certain features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
